OUR STORY
Welcome to Little Blue Roost – your destination for safe, gentle, and luxurious bath products crafted with love and dedication right here in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
As a veteran and woman-owned business, we take pride in our commitment to providing high-quality products that are safe for the whole family. Nestled on our little homestead, we grow and source many of the ingredients used in our products, allowing us to cherish the beauty that nature has bestowed upon us and to ensure the utmost quality and freshness.
Our journey began with a personal struggle. Amy Silva, the founder and heart behind Little Blue Roost, has battled with sensitive skin and eczema for as long as she can remember. Like many others facing similar challenges, Amy found herself frustrated by the lack of bath products that were gentle enough for her skin while still offering the luxury and beauty she craved.
Amy's love for all things that smell wonderful was overshadowed by the harsh perfumes and preservatives found in most commercial bath products, which wreaked havoc on her delicate skin. Determined to find a solution, Amy turned to her passion for baking and decided to try her hand at crafting homemade bath products.
To her delight, Amy discovered that the art of crafting bath products shared many similarities with baking – both required careful attention to ingredients and a dedication to creating something truly special. What began as a personal quest for relief from skin woes quickly evolved into a passion project, as Amy realized she could create bath products free from harsh preservatives, chemicals, and dyes.
At Little Blue Roost, we believe in the power of nature's goodness and the simplicity of homemade remedies. Every product we offer is a testament to our commitment to quality, safety, and the belief that self-care should be a luxurious and nurturing experience for all.
Join us on our journey as we continue to explore the wonders of nature and share our love for safe and gentle bath products with you and your family. Welcome to Little Blue Roost – where nature's beauty meets homemade goodness.
